We were to take six pictures in different contexts. I'm not so creative so I really struggled, but my Dad had no problems whatsoever. He received oooooohs and aaaaaaaahs and gasps of wonder when his flashlight shot came up on the screen (well done Dad!) and everyone thought 'battery envy' and 'power vision' were hilarious. I didn't ask his permission first, so I'll just post my three favorites that were voted fantastic by unanimous consent including our teacher. So he can't complain. And he better post the rest along with his hilarious claymation movie on his blog. HINT HINT.
I didn't get quite as much love from the classroom, but my teacher and classmates did think one of mine was particularly witty. I thought it was too, so I was proud when they acknowledged that I'm not entirely devoid of creativity. I'm good for one. And Ella's pretty cute, so who cares about technique when a face like that is staring up at you with a mouth full of crackers?

Dad is hilarious because he just is. But I like your shots too, especially the ones of Ella. What a cute girl. I like the ones with the cookies in the foreground too. In the words of you, Well Done!
I like the Time magazine cover. I think that's clever. Okay, perhaps slightly obvious in some ways, but you still thought to do it and it relates to current things, too.
I love that you're taking the class with your dad. I can't imagine my dad in a photography class, but that would be a lot of fun. His pictures are quite creative... you clearly come from a creative family, which explains where you get your creativity, even if it's manifested differently. :) I mean that in a positive way, by the way. Don't be hard on yourself for not getting the same reactions your dad did--there're a lot of things you do that he couldn't, so it's just different, you know?
I think you are very clever and creative. One of the most clever and most creative gals I know in fact... Dad's are pretty hilarious. I makes me happy that he is doing this with you :)
Are you kidding? Your ideas were incredibly clever! I'm not so clever though, because I was trying to click on "HINT HINT" to get to your dad's blog! What a goof!
