Bride and Groom Portraits {Ashland, Oregon}

I loved every minute of this laid-back, relaxed, "first look" and portrait session in Lithia Park.  Groomal sessions (bridals with the groom present) prior to the wedding take an enormous amount of pressure off the wedding day. Not only do you have the time necessary to create the kind of portraits that the bride and groom want, but also the couple can enjoy more of their wedding day with their family and friends because they aren't off taking pictures. Don't worry, we took portraits on their wedding day too, but there's something magical about these portraits.   I'm sure it has everything to do with the peaceful, private setting and absolutely no time restraints (except those imposed by the setting sun). You'll see what I mean...

p.s. If I lived in Ashland, I'd shoot in Lithia Park every day.

And they take pressure off of the photographer too! ;)

Lovely work! It was such a treat to see all of your posts this evening, it's been a not so nice day. So thanks!
