Entertaining Made Easy

I'm a visual person. That, and I get distracted really easily, so even though I have a list I usually forget something when I entertain.

A few weeks ago I had the thought to put the names of my entree/side dishes on the actual clock with little stickers (they peel right off). This method is going to replace my current method of writing all the start times for the various components of the meal on a sticky note...

I can easily ignore a little sticky note, but I never ignore my clock when company is on the way. Brilliant, I say.
